Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-C) is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease that plays a role in the atherosclerosis process and can increase blood pressure. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between LDL-C levels and blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease at RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. The study used a correlational analytical design with a retrospective approach. The study population consisted of 102 medical records of patients with coronary heart disease from January to March 2026, with a sample of 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data on LDL-C levels, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure were obtained from the medical records. Data analysis was performed using Pearson’s correlation test and simple linear regression. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between LDL-C levels and systolic blood pressure (r = 0.704; p = 0.000) as well as diastolic blood pressure (r = 0.367; p = 0.009). LDL-C levels explained 49.6% of the variation in systolic blood pressure and 13.5% of the variation in diastolic blood pressure. It can be concluded that the higher the LDL-C levels, the higher the patients’ blood pressure tends to be, particularly systolic blood pressure.
